At Loligownie, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.
Please read the following Return Policy carefully to understand the steps and conditions involved in returning an item. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns on most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging, including all tags and labels still attached.
- The item(s) must not be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” (please refer to the product description for details).
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased at a discounted price or during a special sale may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
- Personalized or Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or made to order specifically for you are non-returnable.
- Intimate Wear and Swimwear: For health and hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and any products that are considered intimate in nature are non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@loligownie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Any photos of the item(s) (if applicable, e.g., if the item is defective or damaged)

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be processed.

Pack and Ship: After receiving the RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging (or similar protective packaging) and include all original tags and labels. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method, including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchange: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@loligownie.com. You will need to provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s), along with your order number, and we will assist you with a return or replacement at no additional cost.
If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the estimated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be delays in processing. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@loligownie.com, and we will assist you further.
7. Exchanges
At this time, Loligownie does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order through our website. 8. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. These costs are not refundable, and we recommend using a trackable return shipping service.
